Pilot Program: Onsite Avian Influenza Testing

From June to August 2023, DiaVac’s Mobile Testing team has visited five poultry farms across central Pennsylvania to demonstrate its mobile PCR testing capabilities for avian influenza virus. A total of over 650 broiler chicken, hens, ducks and turkeys’ samples were tested on site and later confirmed with Pennsylvania Animal Diagnostic Laboratory System (PADLS).
